Dance With Passion now have 3 junior and Juvenile Latin American formation teams who who train very hard in order to compete in the "Open to the World" championships at Blackpool where our juvenile 4 couple are the current champions.

Formation dancing is where a group of dancers, dance a set routine to a piece of music. The aim is to dance together and make shapes and patterns on the dance floor. It takes a lot of hard work and training but it's great fun.

DWP are know looking for new team members for all their juvenile and junior teams! Plus we are looking for members to dance in our new adult formation team for more info call:

The DWP Junior formation teams perform shows all over the country in venues like the Tower Ballroom Blackpool, The Savoy Hotel Blackpool, and The Imperial Ballroom. They have bookings for 2007 in London, Pontins Holiday centres and the Empress Ballroom Blackpool. They recently filmed a piece for Granada TV's "Go North West" which will be screened in the new year.

The juvenile team have performed with Strictly Come Dancing stars Anton du Beck and Erin Boag at "Night of the Stars" and both the junior and juvenile teams will be performing with Vincent & Flavia, the newest stars of Strictly Come Dancing on 16th February at the Tower Ballroom for the next "Night of the Stars" They will also be performing with Matthew & Nicole Cutler from Strictly Come Dancing at the Forum in Barrow in Furness on 31st May 2008.

Your next chance to see the teams will be on the 9th May 2008 with Matthew and Nicole from Strictly Come Dancing at the Tower Ballroom - Blackpool.

In May 2008 DWP will be starting our all new teams in, freestyle, hip hop, rock n roll and salsa. If you are interested in getting involved, please get in touch.
