At the 2nd Formation Teachers Alliance (FTA) Championships at Coventry on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June, Dance with Passion had another great set of results with all the DWP teams making the finals.  The DWP Juvenile 4 couple team came 2nd, just missing out on retaining their title.  The DWP Juvenile 6 couple 'Italia' team came 3rd.  The DWP Junior 4 couple 'Happy Feet' team came 3rd and the DWP Junior 8 couple team came 7th.  Many congratulations to all the teams.

Many thanks to all those who came along to the Tower Inferno, making it one of the best salsa nights in the country.  The next Tower Inferno salsa events are on Friday 25th September and Friday 11th December, and there will be a Tower Inferno Weekend in February 2010.  If you want more salsa, every Wednesday we have the Club Inferno salsa night at the DWP Studio in Preston. 

Marquelle is teaching street dance every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm at the DWP Studio in Preston.  Those who have attended Marquelle's classes have said how much they enjoyed them.  If you want to learn how to dance like Diversity or Flawless from Britain's Got Talent then come along.  We've put links to some of Marquelle's routines from ITV1's Britannia High.

We've added photos of Brian and Kristina's fabulous Cha Cha Cha, American Smooth, Mambo, Rumba and Hustle routines at Blackpool Tower Ballroom from Saturday 13th June on our Night of the Stars page, and a video of their Cha Cha Cha can be seen on blackpoolcam.co.uk.  On Kristina's official fan website www.k-rihanoff.com there is a review of Brian and Kristina at the DWP Studio on Friday 12th June and there are photos of the couple at the DWP Studio and Blackpool Tower.  There is a review and photos of DWP Studio evening from the Lancashire Evening Post.  We very much look forward to welcoming the couple back next year to perform and teach for us again.  For those who missed the previous Night of the Stars here is a  video clip of Camilla Dallerup & Ian Waite from January and the review in the Blackpool Gazette.
